The 4th Edition of the Patron’s Cup tees off from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th August 2025, bringing together Kenya’s top golf clubs for the ultimate battle of skill, pride, and club spirit. Muthaiga Golf Club will once again host this premier inter-club championship — a weekend where legacies are built and rivalries come alive.
This year, 15 elite clubs will compete across five fiercely contested pools, with everything on the line — promotion, relegation, and the glory of becoming the Patron’s Cup Champion.
Here’s how the pools shape up:
- 🏆 Trophy Pool: Muthaiga (defending champions), Kenya Railways, Nyali
- 🛡️ Shield Pool: Vetlab, Sigona, Kiambu
- 🏅 Plaque Pool: Limuru, Golf Park, Thika Sports Club
- 🥣 Bowl Pool: Karen, Eldoret, Royal Nairobi
- 🎯 Bow Pool: Windsor, Mombasa Golf Club, Ruiru Sports Club
Each pool will produce a winner — but only one club will lift the Patron’s Cup Trophy. And as the stakes rise, so does the movement: four teams will be promoted to higher pools, while four others will be relegated, making every match matter.
